Generative AI Annotator | Italian Market
We are seeking detail-oriented candidates for the role of Generative AI Annotator. You will be client-focused, enthusiastic, courteous, assertive, and motivated to contribute to the development and improvement of Large Language Models (LLMs).
You must have a strong aptitude for working with data and excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should be flexible and analytical, with the ability to understand and interpret large datasets and apply predefined guidelines to ensure accuracy and quality of annotations.
An educational background is essential for this role – an undergraduate university degree (Level 7 minimum on National Framework of Qualifications) is required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leverage your understanding of Italian and English to create high-quality annotations for LLMs in the rapidly growing field of generative AI.
* Generate realistic questions that someone might ask an LLM in real-life contexts and provide the best possible answers.
* Evaluate the quality of existing data resources and the output of machine learning classifiers and internal tools.
* Develop, implement, and maintain guidelines and procedures for consistent, high-quality classification and content creation and organization.
* Perform basic research as needed to annotate accurately.
* Provide feedback on annotation tasks and contribute to the continuous improvement of the data annotation process.
* Research new entity categories and best practices for organizing them.
Essential Competencies:
* High proficiency in Italian and English (C1 level minimum as per CEFR).
* Educational background: an undergraduate university degree (Level 7 minimum on National Framework of Qualifications).
* Understanding common social norms (social dynamics, social media, popular culture).
Candidate Experience:
* Ability to reference online resources, rephrase, and write cohesive, accurate, responsive, and sometimes empathetic answers to prompts from the perspective of an LLM.
* Ability to ask and/or answer specialized domain free-form prompts at university-level difficulty.
* Experience in data and trend analysis, and insights.
* Experience developing and implementing initiatives.
* Experience working in a constantly changing environment.
* Able to work independently and collaboratively; able to manage multiple activities simultaneously and execute decisions with judgment and discretion.
