Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled IT & Technical Support Team Lead to oversee our technical support operations in Killorglin, County Kerry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and lead a team of four individuals in all aspects of technical support, continuous improvements, and client satisfaction.
* Maintain high performance levels of service through effective systems, procedures, and methodologies.
* Ensure the successful delivery of key IT projects while prioritizing system and service improvements.
* Lead people management within the small IT team, fostering a culture of excellence and customer focus.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role with a strong background in IT Security.
* Strong customer focus, people management, and leadership skills.
* ERP system knowledge (SAP Business One is an advantage), WMS experience, and project management expertise are essential.
