Job Title: Senior Student Recruitment and Marketing Officer

Job Summary:
Griffith College, Ireland’s largest private third level College seeks to recruit a motivated, dynamic Senior Recruitment and Marketing Officer for their admissions and marketing team.

Reporting to the Deputy Head of Griffith College Cork, the successful candidate will have responsibility for learner numbers in specified departments, but will also contribute to the overall sales and marketing objectives of the College. They will be required to develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment plan to drive awareness and applications, with activity to cover online and offline channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a growth mindset, and the ability to drive results.
Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment
Recruitment Strategy and Planning:
The creation and implementation of faculty specific recruitment strategies in close collaboration with programme directors to drive awareness, profile and interest in the faculty’s suite of courses.
Utilisation of College databases for full sales cycle – Scholar, Themis and Hubspot – updating and following up with leads from the Admissions module through to the Student module (enquiry to registered student).
Set recruitment targets, forecast revenue, and create action plans to achieve objectives. o Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Prepare and present detailed reports and forecasts to senior management.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and financial transactions.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. o Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner. o Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support. o Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
Marketing:
Coordinate with marketing teams to align recruitment strategies with overall marketing and business objectives.
Events - Management of and attendance at:
Open days
Graduation ceremonies
External exhibitions
Marketing events on campus
Occasional weekend and evening work
Any other duties that fall within the employee’s capabilities assigned by your line manager.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of (2-3) years in sales and business development with a good working knowledge of online and offline marketing including digital marketing, social media, events, PR and advertising.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Driving Licence: Possession of a car and full driving licence. Must be eligible to drive in Ireland
