My client, a support services provider based in Dublin City Centre, seeks a customer support administrator for an immediate start.
About the Role
This is a contract role with potential for extension and offers hybrid working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service levels.
* Manage customer queries via a ticket handling system, adhering to SLA agreements.
* Evaluate and update ongoing processes and procedures.
* Analyse information from clients' customers.
* Prepare and submit reports.
* Process applications forms.
* Supply general financial information, including payment updates.
* Respond to queries via phone and email.
* Perform other general administration and customer service tasks as required.
Requirements
* At least one year of experience in Customer Service or Call Centre environments.
* Minimum one year of experience in administration or finance roles.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Familiarity with Sharepoint.
