Employment Law Solicitor
We are seeking an ambitious Employment Law Solicitor with 2-4 years PQE to join our growing Dublin team.
In this role, you will work on complex domestic and cross-border employment law matters for high-profile clients.

* Advising clients on contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, including executive-level recruitment, terminations, and compensation arrangements.
* Representing clients in disputes before the Workplace Relations Commission and High Court.
* Supporting strategic HR projects such as restructuring, TUPE, global mobility, and gender pay gap reporting.
* Providing employment law advice in M&A, outsourcing, and other corporate transactions.
* Collaborating with international teams on multi-jurisdictional projects and cross-border employment issues.
* Assisting clients with day-to-day queries, including bullying allegations, absence management, and workplace investigations.

Candidate Profile
2-4 years PQE in employment law gained with a large, mid-sized, or boutique firm in Ireland or the UK.
A strong academic background and a keen interest in employment law.
Proven experience advising HR professionals and in-house legal teams.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
Commercial awareness and enthusiasm for business development.
