Technical Customer Services Administrator with responsibility for Quotations The Company Phasor are a Facility Management Company providing reactive and preventive maintenance programmes for commercial clients. The services mainly consist of electrical / mechanical and related disciplines. We have been established since 2004 and are growing year on year as more companies outsource the management of their buildings. The Role We are seeking a person to join the Customer Services team reporting to the Customer Helpdesk Manager at our office in Ballycoolin, D 15. The hours of work are 8am 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 3.30pm Friday. It is important to note flexibility around these core hours may be required on occasions to support the needs of the business. Person Specification Have a technical understanding of electrical / mechanical services. Be commercially minded, ie understand the process of receiving quotations from contractors and forwarding these on to our customers. The successful candidate will be smart, professional, customer services orientated and an enthusiastic individual Present well in a corporate environment and have proven customer / client relationship skills Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience working in the Facilities Management sector whilst not essential would be a major plus. Key Competencies Be an organized individual who works well as part of a team in a high pressure environment. Be fluent in verbal and written English. Excellent report writing, grammar and communication skills and be capable of working in a confidential environment Responsibilities: Updating customers with updates on completion of works. Liaison with key contractors who provide sub-contracted services to our company. Preparation of follow-up quotes for customers.
