IT Support Engineer
Contract | €220/day+ | Dublin
Our client is looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be adept at solving technical problems and providing exceptional customer service to maintain seamless IT operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and troubleshoot Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as iOS and Android devices.
2. Perform basic administration of Active Directory, Office 365, and Exchange.
3. Install, upgrade, and maintain hardware and software to ensure optimal performance.
4. Diagnose and resolve incidents involving printers, copiers, scanners, and other peripherals.
5. Assist in IT projects such as system upgrades, deployments, and migrations.
Requirements:
6. Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar IT support role.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Mac OS and mobile operating systems (iOS and Android).
8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
9. Knowledge of networking fundamentals and experience with remote support tools.
10. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
11. Experience using service management tools such as ServiceNow.
