Join us on our journey to grow our business while maintaining our core values of accountability, honesty, respect and communications.TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESFINANCIAL MANAGEMENT & REPORTINGPreparation of daily bank reconciliationsPreparation of daily credit card reconciliationsManagement of Group Fleet to include monthly accruals, management of toll tags and fuel cardsAssist with month end routine and monthly management reporting for inclusion in group monthly board packTAX & STATUTORY COMPLIANCEAssist in the preparation of bi-monthly VAT returns for ROI companiesAssist in the preparation of quarterly VAT returns for NI companyAssist in the preparation of Customs & Excise returns for ROI companiesAssist in the preparation of monthly VIE’s & Intrastat returnsCompletion of Statistic office returnsGROUP EXPENSESProcessing and payment of monthly employee expenses in conjunction with internal approval processesOTHERWeekly upload of customer invoices to customer portalsEnsuring proper execution of internal controls and proceduresAssist with other finance tasks where possibleAssist with group audit processSKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREDPrevious Accounts experience beneficialExperience working with an Accounts ERP would be advantageousExcellent numeric, analytical skills and attentiveness to detailCan establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholdersAbility to multi-task, skill in establishing priorities and managing workloadsCapable of working on your own initiative whilst keeping manager informed through clear communications
