Role Background & Purpose:
Cpl is hiring for a Marketing Associate to join our growing internal marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the successful applicant will be able to develop their marketing skills while supporting across a broad range of marketing activities to assist in the company’s candidate attraction efforts, also known as business-to-candidate (B2C).
Responsibilities:
1. Executing marketing campaign activities to support clients in attracting candidates, including the creation and management of microsites, paid search and social media campaigns, email campaigns, newspaper ads, radio ads and more.
2. Liaising and supporting the Senior Marketing Executive across Cpl’s social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok in planning and posting relevant B2C content.
3. Collaborating with the internal design team to create high-quality marketing graphics and content that support B2C efforts (paid and organic).
4. Overseeing merchandise requirements for internal and external events, including open days.
5. Supporting Cpl activities on job advertising platforms, including paid job ad campaigns, subscriptions and content updates across company pages.
6. Creating relevant B2C blog content for the Cpl website, along with updates and maintenance of the site as required.
7. Managing relationships with external vendors.
8. Supporting internal programmes across key candidate attraction solutions, such as Indeed Smart Sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter and Paiger.
9. Liaising with internal stakeholders to understand current and upcoming requirements, in line with B2C marketing objectives.
Experience & Attributes:
Requirements:
1. 1+ years’ experience working in a related role in marketing, administration, sales, customer service or recruitment.
2. Proficiency in using social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
4. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
6. Ability to work in Dublin’s City Centre.
Desirable (advantage but not essential):
1. Understanding of paid marketing channels, such as Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and/or Google Ads.
2. Working knowledge of executing email campaigns.
3. Experience in using marketing tracking tools such as GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
4. Prior experience in using graphic design tools, such as Canva.
5. Previous experience working with clients or external stakeholders.
6. Prior website management and/or content creation experience.
7. Experience in the recruitment industry.
