This is a full-time position, carried out from our beautiful offices in Dubai, Lisbon, or the comfort of your living room.
YOUR MISSION
Reporting to Severine, your Sales Coach, you will be part of a top team of sales professionals.
Your primary objective will be to create new opportunities by attracting ambitious students to our diverse range of trainings.
Responsibilities
1. Student Acquisition: Identify, engage, and persuade new students to enroll in our courses.
2. Proactive Sourcing: Organize LinkedIn or email campaigns via Hubspot to schedule meetings.
3. CRM Management: Manage your calls, meetings, and reports via Hubspot.
4. Tackling Objections: Review call recordings to improve your sales approach and objection handling skills.
5. Event Participation: Actively participate in both in-person and online Paradox events to sell our products.
Experience & Skills
* You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.
* You have a track record in successfully closing high-ticket deals (ideally to BtoC clients).
Personality
* Autonomous Leader: Organized and can juggle multiple priorities.
* Market Curiosity: Keen interest in personal development, coaching, entrepreneurship, or Edtech market.
* Sales Savvy: Excel at sales and understand the customer decision-making process.
* Digital Savvy: Experience managing a CRM and can lead a digital project.
* Growth over ego: Open to feedback and ready to learn.
* Team Player: Love to work as a team and share successes.
Language
* French: native or bilingual.
* English: good level.
