Role and Responsibilities:
1. Lead Food & Beverage operations.
2. Coach and mentor outlet managers and supervisors.
3. Deliver revenue and profitability targets.
4. Ensure consistent standards for food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.
5. Work closely with other departments within the hotel to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience, including Duty Manager shifts.
6. Contribute to the development and updating of menus and beverage lists.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Experience in a Food & Beverage management role with oversight of multiple departments.
2. Understanding of cost control principles, inventory management, and financial reporting.
