Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, resolve, log, and follow up on all client queries at various support levels.
* Troubleshoot Socrates software for GP Practices over the phone or via remote sessions.
* Resolve hardware problems, such as PCs, printers, networks, and scanners.
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues.
* Test new software versions and communicate potential issues to the Development Department.
* Work with the hardware desk to resolve issues.
* Liaise with field engineers for site visits on unresolved issues.
Requirements:
* Graduate or experienced candidate with good database knowledge (SQL).
* Multitasking, excellent communication, and keyboard skills.
* Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to learn.
* Good team player with a positive attitude.
