Payroll Manager-Dundalk
Description:
I am delighted to be retained by one of the most successful Irish Accountancy firms, who are seeking to hire a Payroll Manager to join their wider Payroll offering to clients, in particular they’d like to speak with people that are coming with Bright Pay Payroll Software experience and IPASS certified. This position will be a critical hire for the firm, based in Dundalk who have increasing demand for Payroll services with their clients.

The Role:
Manage the Payroll function of 3 Payroll specialists
Manage delivery of a diverse portfolio of clients for domestic and international payroll
Review of timesheets for uploading to the payroll software
Oversee billing including budgeting and timely preparation of invoices
Maintain appropriate pension contributions and uploading reports to providers
Ensure Payroll is accurately processed and maintained by their deadlines
Processing submissions to Revenue to include management of payments
Report directly to the Payroll Manager
The Person:
IPASS qualified
2yrs minimum experience in a Payroll Manager Position
Good knowledge of PAYE, PRSI, BIK etc
Good interpersonal and communication skills-this role will be dealing with client queries
Strong Technical knowledge
Ability to handle a high volume of work, delegate appropriately and manage a team
Aptitude for building relationships, influencing upwards and laterally, taking ownership of tasks, and keeping colleagues informed of progress.
Pro-Active approach to tasks and helping cross-functionally
