An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant to join a newly established Financial Advisory firm.
Role duties include:
1. Diary and time management; Organising and scheduling both internal and external meetings, conferences, staff meetings and events
2. Engage with leadership team to understand business needs and priorities
3. Managing various Ad-hoc duties to set up and manage the new office e.g. IT, phone lines, sorting email and postal correspondence, sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment
4. Supporting the departmental induction for new staff i.e. assisting with recruitment process, organising training
5. Arrange all domestic and international travel for the team
6. Assistance with other reporting internally and externally working with Managing Director group
Requirements
7. Proven Office Manager/Executive Assistant experience working in a fast-paced professional environment
8. Ability to effectively manage the needs of multiple stakeholders
9. Excellent organisation and time management skills
10. Strong written and verbal communication skills
11. Establishing and maintaining office systems
