The role is part-time, 9am-3pm, 3 days per week (ideally Mon, Weds, Fri), paying €15.38 per hour.

Duties:

* Provide administrative support for daily office operations.

* Manage general office maintenance, ensuring a clean, organised and well-functioning workspace.

* Handle correspondence, including email, phone calls and scheduling meetings.

* Maintain office supplies, equipment and inventory to support smooth operations.
">
* Coordinate basic facility upkeep, reporting any maintenance issues to relevant parties.
">
* Support staff with general administrative tasks as needed.
">
* Arrange and organise travel for staff.
">
* Ensure compliance with office procedures and health & safety guidelines.
">
* Proficiency in productivity tools and software, including Microsoft Teams and Office 365.

* Experienced administrator with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

* Efficient and detail-oriented, ensuring smooth office operations and maintenance.

* Strong communicator, adept at handling correspondence, scheduling and liaising with staff.
