Recruitment Coordinator
This is a full-time position, requiring onsite presence from Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
* Schedule interviews and phone screens for candidates and hiring managers, occasionally arranging travel for visiting candidates
* Maintain candidate records and job postings in the recruiting systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
* Communicate promptly with candidates via phone and email, offering updates on their recruitment status
* Track recruitment activities and provide regular candidate status reports
* Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings, preparing materials as required
* Identify opportunities to enhance the candidate experience and streamline scheduling processes
* Assist in coordinating various other recruitment activities as needed
Requirements:
* Prior experience as a recruiting coordinator or similar role
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Bachelor's degree
