Holiday Park Warden Position
We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Holiday Park Warden. This is a permanent, full-time position that will provide opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver summer and winter repairs, maintenance, and development projects across multiple holiday park locations.
* Manage the installation of caravans and ensure compliance with site, grounds maintenance, and security requirements.
* Develop and implement site safety and security measures to protect guests and staff.
* Participate in the Duty Manager rota, including on-site stays during peak periods and 24-hour on-call service.
* Oversee external specialist contractors, such as electricians, plumbers, and gas engineers, to ensure effective project delivery.

Requirements:
* Full driving license (company car provided).
* Minimum 3 years of team management or leadership experience.
* 3-5 years of practical hands-on work experience in a similar role.
