We're currently looking for a Junior Procurement Administrator to join our dynamic team at our clients office in Clondalkin, Dublin.
Reporting directly to the Procurement Lead, this role will support our clients in the day-to-day delivery of procurement services and ensure high standards of operational excellence.
Monday-Thursday Friday Key Responsibilities: Adhering to all Health & Safety regulations Managing daily procurement tasks and responding to incoming queries Supporting the Procurement Lead and wider team Meeting strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy and compliance Delivering KPIs effectively and consistently Maintaining strong client relationships Handling invoice queries and other ad hoc duties as required Ideal Candidate: Previous experience working with engineering spare parts (preferred) Strong administrative and procurement background Familiarity with Pharma and GMP environments (an advantage) Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Maximo, Oracle, etc.)
