EA | D2 | Hybrid | 40-50K To provide fee-earners with proactive and high-quality secretarial support that appropriately meets their requirements, enabling them to focus on providing legal services to clients and reducing the need for them to undertake administrative tasks.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:15 AM to 5:30 PM Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners.
Manage extensive schedules, appointments, travel and meetings efficiently.
Handle correspondence, including drafting, proofreading, and filing documents.
Maintain and organize records, files, and client databases.
Application of house styles.
Submitting invoices/expenses.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as required.
Proficient in billing systems, CRM & Micro office suite.
Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience in a Secretarial role (Mid to senior-level experience preferred).
Completion of a Secretarial course or similar qualification is highly advantageous.
Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative tools.
