Inventory Control Coordinator
Our client, a leading office supply company in the Midwest, is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to join their team in Limerick.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience working within the hub of our client’s business.
The Role:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Inventory Control Coordinator will work closely with the Procurement Manager, and you must be a team player with a positive “can do” attitude.
Responsibilities include:
1. Prepare customers' daily deliveries in an accurate and timely manner
2. Support delivery and installation team
3. Co-ordinate returns and delivery issues
4. Meet incoming shipments, unload, and store correctly
5. Record any supplier delivery errors
6. Update stock system
7. Carry out deliveries occasionally to support delivery team
8. Assist with installation and assembly of furniture and office equipment on client sites
Skills & Experience that we need:
1. Experience in the day-to-day management of warehouse outgoing & incoming deliveries
2. 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
3. Experience operating within a busy stock environment
4. Team player with strong attention to detail
5. Strong communication, planning, and coordination skills
6. Full Clean Driver's Licence
The Offer:
This is a full-time/permanent position with a competitive salary, depending on experience/qualifications, ranging from €32,000 + per annum with bonus, overtime, and benefits. Fully onsite role, based in our client’s office in Limerick.
