Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of the civil project.
* Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
* Oversee the day-to-day activities of the project team, including subcontractors.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
* Maintain strong communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
* Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.
* Prepare and present regular project updates and reports.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in Project Management within civil engineering or construction.
* Strong leadership skills with experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
* Excellent understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting.
* Experience in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality management.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* A relevant degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
