HR Executive Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team at a leading international law firm based in Dublin 4. This is a 12-month maternity leave cover that will provide a diverse range of duties and exposure to all aspects of the HR function.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR System maintenance, updates, and administration to reflect all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
2. Recruitment including advertising, initial screening, and retention of candidates.
3. Administration for payroll and benefits.
4. SUPPORTING THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF EMPLOYEE-FOCUSED POLICIES.
5. Oversight of the onboarding and offboarding process, updating employee files accordingly, and liaising with other relevant departments, including IT.
6. Assistance with annual performance review processes.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience in HR within a legal or professional services environment.
* Able to build relationships with all members of the firm and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
* Knowledge of employment laws.
* CIPD qualification or equivalent HR certification highly advantageous.
