Business Support Manager / FMCG
We are seeking a Business Support Manager to provide cross-functional support services and collaboration.
The Role:
* Provide comprehensive support to the sales account team in executing day-to-day operations.
* Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
* Prepare and update reports, providing detailed insights to assist in forecasting and performance analysis.
* Managing sales orders, tracking inventory levels, and ensuring stock availability to avoid disruptions in the supply chain.
* Liaise with the logistics and warehouse partners to ensure accurate coordination.
* Supporting Supply Chain Manager, Finance, by providing reports on orders and assisting with the process of closing.
* Tracking accurate customer pricing lists and prices in SAP.
* Responsible for contracts, POs, and order tracing. Implement business improvement strategies and best practices while ensuring health and safety compliance.
The Candidate:
* A strong commercial support background in a cross-functional role.
* Excellent administration skills and highly organized.
* Very strong IT skills, particularly in Excel and SAP.
* Great initiative and drive to learn and grow.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* FMC industry experience is preferred.
