Implement AI-powered sourcing strategies and build proactive talent pipelines that keep us ahead of the hiring curve.
Lead employer branding initiatives that position us as the go-to destination for top talent.
Manage external TA partners, ensuring best-in-class vendor relationships and ROI on talent partnerships.
Transform the candidate experience - collaborate with the Employee Experience Lead to deliver a hiring journey that's engaging, human, and unforgettable.
Optimize & Scale People Operations: Keep HR operations running like clockwork, from admin support to compliance and everything in between.
Be the first point of contact for employees, providing clear and effective support on people-related matters.
Own and optimize HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and using tech to streamline processes.
Deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience, ensuring every new hire hits the ground running.
Support and refine HR policies and procedures, making them fit for scale and aligned with our culture.
Own relationships with external benefits providers, consultants, and key partners, ensuring smooth vendor management.
Jump in on strategic HR projects, collaborating with the team to drive people-focused initiatives that make a real difference.
What You'll Bring: 3+ years in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, with a focus on hiring strategy and an appetite to grow into a broader people role.
