Job Title: Fees, Receipts and Reconciliation Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver accurate posting of Financial transactions and achieve individual qualitative and quantitative KPIs
* Create reports on Excel and analyze receipts and payments, including percentage calculations and duplicate reference identification
* Review and submit payment requests and learn about peer checking
* Suggest process improvements to support continuous service improvement
* Ensure customer Service Level Agreements are met and partner expectations are managed effectively
Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in reconciliation, data input, credit control, or allocation of transactions
* Strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Office and Excel
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to process information quickly and accurately
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate across different media
* Strong time management, planning, and prioritization skills
