Key Responsibilities:
* Management of daily receipts and payments.
* Responsibility for weekly report collation, pricing updates, issuing invoices and input to ERP system.
* Process bank receipts and payments via ERP System.
* Assist with accounts receivable activities including issuing invoices and statements.
* Respond to external queries from customers in a timely manner.
* Analysis of financial/volume information and report preparation.
* Month-end and quarter-end support across the department.
* Support the Finance Team where required in the ongoing implementation of a new ERP system.
* Support to Finance Team at month-end and quarter-end.
* Team collaboration within the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
* Assisting the finance department with ad hoc queries as and when required.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years experience in a Finance based role.
* Proven strong working knowledge/experience using Excel.
* Experience in SAP is desirable but not essential.
* Experience of processing general ledger journals.
* Strong analytical skills and good attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and deliver agreed targets.
* Self-motivated and driven.
* Proven capabilities of working within a team environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
