Job Title: Bookkeeper / Office Manager
Permanent position in a dynamic office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* 70% Bookkeeping and 30% Office Management
* Manage a team of up to 4 administrators
* Sales Invoicing, Purchases, Subcontractor Invoices, Consultancy Supplier Invoices
* Managing the Debtors Ledger, Closing off the ledgers at month end
* Setting up new Customers / Subcontractors on Business Central
* Accruals for Subbies for month end
* Working closely with six Quantity Surveyors / Engineers
* Covering for the Payroll Administrator when needed
* Managing the National Fleet Database
* Responsible for Motor Tax / Eflow / Fuel Cards
* All Administration duties including Etenders, Tenders, Prequals
Requirements:
* Minimum 3/5 years experience in a similar role
* Strong Office Management / People Management skills
* Knowledge of Construction Industry would be an advantage
* Knowledge of RCT Administration would be an advantage
* Experience of using Sage Accounts or Business Central
Compensation:
€45,000 - €50,000 per annum
