Purpose

In this role, you will project manage Bord Bia’s marketing campaigns for seafood and alcohol, in line with the vision, mission and strategic objectives of the organisation, to achieve brand impact with our target audiences nationally and internationally.
What you’ll do
1. Provide input into the planning of international marketing campaigns, which include creative and media plans for Food Brand Ireland, in conjunction with internal sector and GBD teams.
2. Implement marketing campaigns for alcohol and seafood sectors across priority export markets, ensuring alignment with key ‘earned’ and ‘owned’ media initiatives and trade fair presences undertaken by the wider Marketing team.
3. Develop insight-led briefs for the media agency and work with them to devise a targeted media strategy, plans and media KPI targets, incorporating input from the independent media auditor at precampaign and post campaign assessment stages.
4. Manage the adaption and development of new creative content for campaigns in line with brand guidelines.
5. Monitor adherence to brand guidelines and provide support evolving the guidelines and ensuring easy online access to them for internal and external users.
6. Support the Senior Brand Strategist in the execution of corporate sponsorships.
7. Maintain and manage the risk register for the Marketing and Communications Department.
8. Manage seafood and alcohol campaign budgets in line in accordance with One Bord Bia procedures.
9. Embed adherence to the One Bord Bia Operating Model.
About You
Essential Knowledge, Skills & Capabilities
Knowledge:
* Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a relevant discipline; Marketing, Communications and/or Media
Skills & Capabilities:
* Digital first mindset and comfortable with an agile culture focused on continuous improvement
* Proven project management skills developed from experience in managing projects from planning through to execution & evaluation.
* Experience working with marketing and communications agencies and as part of a wider team.
* Budget management
* Collaborative to ensure cross-organisational working and client-focused output strong interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation skills. To maintain good relationships and ensure clarity of plans and campaigns

* B2B & B2C experience
* National & international experience
