On behalf of our client, a leading healthcare company, we are currently recruiting for a Renal Clinical Sales Specialist role. This is a field-based role covering a nationwide territory. This is a 35-hour working week. Candidate location can be flexible once prepared to travel nationwide.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. To educate and support the customer in the correct use of company renal products, ensuring continuing customer satisfaction and sales.
2. To develop and nurture relationships with customers in order to optimise sales potential for the company.
3. Liaise with physicians, technicians, nursing personnel, and educators in the Irish hospital environment, as required.
4. Commitment to the provision of quality patient-focused service alongside other members of the team.
5. Service assigned accounts and suggest/present new products and proactively develop new opportunities.
6. Ability to screen, evaluate and capitalise on business development opportunities.
7. Ability to prepare and deliver training and education programs to provide our customers with comprehensive offerings of company renal products.
8. Participation in the completion of Tenders, working with others to ensure timely delivery.
9. Flexibility to travel to all customers throughout the 32 counties of Ireland.
10. Ability to travel nationwide and internationally, as required, during the week or at weekends for attendance at relevant conferences and/or training events.
11. Generate sales to achieve maximum profitability/margins in line with delineated targets.
12. To keep abreast of developments and trends within the territory and to monitor and feedback competitor activity to the business unit manager.
13. To maintain up-to-date and accurate customer and territory records through CRM and other report formats punctually and in line with management requirements.
14. To maximise use & sale of company products utilizing a high standard of product knowledge and professional selling skills.
15. To uphold at all times the reputation of the Company.
16. To liaise with the cross-company functional teams as required.
17. As necessary, to undertake special projects to be specified by management.
18. To act in a professional manner at all times in order to promote a positive image of the Company.
19. In addition to these functions, employees are required to carry out such other duties as may be reasonably required.
Skills & Experience Requirements:
1. A qualification to degree level in Nursing with Renal Nursing Experience.
2. Proven track record within a Sales Role.
3. Hospital, Community Care Sales Experience.
4. Experience in Renal Therapies sales would be advantageous.
5. Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong administrative, time management and IT skills.
7. Clean full driving license.
8. Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
