As a Legal Administrator, you will join our leading Irish semi-state utility company responsible for delivering and maintaining utilities across Ireland. Our office in Dublin City is conveniently located and easily accessible via public transport. We are seeking a 12-month contract holder to support our team during a busy period.
Your Role
We require a skilled Legal Administrator to support management and the wider team within our Legal Services Team. Key responsibilities include issuing/receiving instructions from solicitors, reviewing titles, drafting contracts, managing client queries, raising and responding to pre-contractual inquiries, registering properties in the Registry of Deeds & Land Registry, dealing with Land Registry queries and rejections, drafting legal documents, scheduling title documents, and performing general administrative and ad-hoc duties.

Requirements for Success
You should have recent relevant experience in a similar legal administration role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will interact with diverse individuals and stakeholders. Experience working within a team and independently, with excellent organizational skills, is necessary to meet deadlines. You must also possess strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
