Our Expertise
We design, build, and maintain bus shelters across Ireland. We manage the advertising opportunities on a variety of street furniture products, including Adshel bus shelters, Adbox newspaper security units, and billboards, digital panels in shopping centers, and on-street. Through this, we have created a national network that reaches people in the public social space, drives footfall, and generates word of mouth.
The Role: Campaign Executive
The Campaign Executive will be a key member of our Sales & Admin team and will be responsible for the planning of poster and digital campaigns across Northern Ireland, including:
* Digital planning, content management, and reporting
* Operating a range of computer systems and Microsoft packages
* Working closely with campaign planning colleagues and the wider Sales team
* BUILDING A STRONG AND PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH SPECIALIST PARTNERS TO DEVELOP BRIEFS, DELIVER STRONG OUT OF HOME ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS, AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
* Supporting the Account Manager with reporting, admin, and reviewing of our business
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with Specialist partners to understand and progress proposals and briefs
* Collaborate with campaign planning team to gain an understanding of the group's objectives
* Present ideas to Specialist partners and the wider Sales team
* Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, establish priorities, and work well to deadlines and tight turnarounds
* Review all campaigns for accuracy and quality, also suggest alternative and appropriate solutions to maximize opportunities and ensure schedules are completed to brief
* Maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Ensure all steps of the planning and servicing administration process are managed correctly
* Develop an in-depth knowledge of Clear Channel's portfolio, our position in the market, and an understanding of competitive media and commercial awareness
Essential Criteria:
* At least 1 year's relevant working experience in a similar business role
* 5 GCSEs at level C, including Maths and English
* Ability to work in a fast-moving sales environment with changing priorities and deadlines
* Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
* IT literate and confident when using Microsoft packages, including Excel and Outlook
The Person:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual with a passion for media who is flexible in their approach to working hours. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently under their own initiative whilst having experience of working with others. Awareness of the media industry in Northern Ireland is desirable but not essential. A clean driving license and/or strong geographical knowledge of Northern Ireland is required. The successful candidate will be self-motivated with the ability to successfully organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects. They will be creative, imaginative, and innovative, comfortable working under pressure, with accuracy and attention to detail. A driven personality with a desire to meet and exceed targets and deadlines is essential.
