Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple project concepts, work packages, and create scalable cross-site projects across various teams with defined Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
The successful candidate will have excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills, applying them consistently in diverse scenarios.
Main Responsibilities:
* Drive success on multiple project concepts and create scalable cross-site projects across multiple teams.
* Support cross-site strategies and projects, including talent development, ecosystem building, innovation, value creation, and engineering excellence.
* Work with the business manager to plan and run large-scale engineering events, including content preparation, speaker coordination, follow-up communication, and surveys.

Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, Operations, or related field.
* Core Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, reporting, resource management, communications, risk management, dependencies, scope, time, and budget.
* Organizational, time management, leadership skills for overseeing multiple projects.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Diploma in project management, or PMP preferred.
* Understanding of process improvement to streamline business workflows.
* Critical thinking, high energy, and a 'can do' attitude.
