Operations Manager – Car Park Services
We are the market leader in tailored parking solutions, and we're looking for an Experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a large-scale car park at Dublin Airport.
This is your chance to lead a 24/7 operation, implement best practices and elevate parking services for one of Ireland's busiest transport hubs.
Your Role
* Mobilise and lead the successful implementation of a major new contract, establishing robust operational frameworks for long term success.
* Oversee the daily operations, ensuring a seamless 24/7 service delivery in a fast-paced environment.
* Manage and inspire a diverse operational team, promoting excellence in customer service and operational efficiency.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing bespoke requirements and ensuring superior delivery.
* Manage large sub-contractor arrangements and ensure they deliver a high-quality service.
* Identify and implement streamlined operational processes that optimise car park layouts, improve traffic flow, and enhance user convenience while working with extended management to grow and drive revenues through traditional and innovative methods.
* Resolve escalated customer concerns effectively, focusing on creating a positive and professional parking experience.
* Deliver insightful monthly reports to senior Management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic opportunities for growth.
* Monitor KPI targets across all operations and set and maintain standards of performance for all operational activities.
* Ensure corporate adherence to guidelines especially regarding but not limited to health & safety, Quality Systems, planning guidelines, government regulations etc.
What We're Looking For
* A degree or equivalent qualification.
* 5+ years' experience in operations management, ideally in parking, transport, or a related field.
* Expertise in customer service with the ability to resolve challenges creatively and effectively.
* Proven leadership skills with experience managing large teams in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong negotiation and influencing abilities, ensuring alignment with clients and contractors.
* Excellent organisational, verbal, and written capabilities with the ability to think creatively and strategically while proposing and following through on new initiatives.
* Experience in Project Management and a knack for identifying business opportunities would be beneficial.
