Site Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites in County Kildare, Ireland.

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the construction team, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, monitoring progress, coordinating with suppliers and sub-contractors, and maintaining project timelines and budgets.
Main Responsibilities:
* Work as part of a Site Management team to ensure all deadlines are met.
* Manage resources to ensure their availability throughout the construction projects.
* Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed.
* Manage quality control for the lifecycle of the project and ensure all project documentation is managed correctly.
* Ensure material and equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedule.
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Legislation.
* Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and key team members of the project team.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
* At least 2 years of experience in site management.
* Setting out capabilities are an advantage (not a requirement).
* The ability to read and understand design team Drawings & Specifications.
* Good organisational skills required to organise, assign, and monitor works for crews.
* Knowledge of and experience in working to Health and Safety regulations.
* The ability to implement quality control procedures.
* Highly organised and able to work to Construction Schedules.
* Good ability to convey tasks and ensure quality of outcome.
Salary Information
We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, estimated to be in the range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and background.
