Project Manager

The Role:
* Take charge of budgets, costs, and procurement, maintaining cost variance below 5%.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, achieving high satisfaction rates.
* Oversee quality assurance and compliance, prioritizing safety.
* Manage teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
* Provide mentorship and leadership to site managers and junior staff.
Requirements:
* A Degree in Construction Management or similar field.
* A minimum of 3 years of proven experience with a Main Contractor.
* An Engineering background is desirable.
* Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
