Take advantage of the chance to advance your career with us!Discover your exciting roleAs part of the DTC Regional Business Unit team, the Vice President, Business Acquisition is responsible for assembling business development and work winning teams with the requisite qualifications and experience; establishing a local presence and a positive company image within regional and targeted markets, and business opportunities that result in achieving established and long-term targets.Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesDevelop and expand the company’s participation in project opportunities for the business unit.Strategic Planning (one, three- and five-years planning), working with the business unit leadership to develop specific market sector and customer level plans, aligned with Group directives.Lead the development of the overall Win Strategy that considers the solution to be delivered and the target cost, margin and offer price necessary to be both profitable and commercially competitive.Annual Tactical planning – preparation of budget and execution plans working with regional and global business unit leadership.Provides input to marketing and technical groups on marketing and sales plans. This includes recommendations for product and territorial opportunities, representing and promoting the company at networking events, professional and industry associations, society meetings, conferences, and tradeshows.Lead by example through day-to-day exhibition of Exyte’s core values.Apply experience and best practices in proposal team management to ensure the timely delivery of proposal submissions that are fully compliant with solicitation instructions.Develops presentation strategy, support materials and visuals; coordinates and critiques rehearsals and presentations.Maintain a positive and ethical work climate that is conducive to attracting, retaining and motivating a diverse group of top-quality employees at all levels.Show your expertiseBachelor's degree such as Business Administration, Business Management or related Vocational Qualifications or Craft experience.10+ years relevant experience and proven track record in business acquisition.Experience and exposure to working for/with a large EPC company.Exyte is an employer committed to equal opportunity and fair treatment in employment.
