HR Analyst Reporting to the Head of People - Talent, Development and Employee Experience, you will support the end-to-end employee experience across a global network.
As a fast-paced and agile HR team, you'll have the ability to flex and step in to support the broader HR group.
As a focus you will support the development and implementation of talent management strategies, employee development programs, and enhanced employee experience.
Core Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business providing HR support and advice as needed.
Support with end-to-end recruitment processes across all levels of the business: identification of resourcing need, job posting, agency engagement, CV screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Play a key role in supporting with all elements related to our Early Careers Programmes: recruitment, onboarding, training, and mentoring.
Support on development of Learning & Development activities of the business, as well as planning, implementing, scheduling, and evaluating all programmes.
Lead on global wellbeing initiatives as part of the 'S' (Social) in ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) agenda.
Assist with the embedding of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) policies and practices into the end-to-end talent lifecycle.
Assist with the Performance Management cycle.
Optimisation of HRIS to ensure an effective employee and manager experience relating to talent, development, and employee experience.
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in a corporate people-centred role, ideally a HR role.
Proven track record in a HR generalist or specialist role.
Proficiency with HRIS systems would be an advantage.
Self-starter with strong commitment to deliver excellence, with an aptitude for pace and embracing change.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
