As an Client Services Manager, you will play a key role in account management, sales, marketing, and recruitment. You will also manage a range of administrative, social media, and recruitment tasks to support our growing business. Key Responsibilities Account Management & Sales Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Identify opportunities for business growth and work proactively to achieve targets. Attend client meetings and site visits as required. Marketing & Social Media Assist with the creation and execution of marketing campaigns. Manage and update social media channels to engage with our audience and promote our services. Support brand awareness efforts through content creation and digital marketing. Client Recruitment Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for client vacancies. Manage job postings and recruitment advertisements. Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication. Administration & Operations Oversee day-to-day admin tasks to ensure smooth business operations. Maintain accurate records and reports related to client accounts and recruitment.
