As a member of the Engineering Test Lab team, you will support by executing existing test protocols and help with validation of equipment and processes. Where you come in: You will be accountable for test method knowledge transfer, validation, execution, and reporting activities in accordance with the test plans: You will collaborate closely with Global Test Development Teams to facilitate the transfer of new/existing test methods to Dexcom Ireland Engineering Test Lab. You will support training of team members, including Research Associates and Technicians to ensure proper execution of developed test methods. You will conduct statistical analysis to provide test protocol results to process engineering. You will specify and select measurement systems, create and maintain documentation such as test protocols, test reports, and equivalency justifications. You will confirm observed failures and ensure proper documentation of failure analysis to enable investigations. You will act as the primary liaison with Suppliers and Vendors to procure necessary parts and materials for testing purposes and ensure proper and timely maintenance of equipment. You will participate in the transfer of tests to from other Dexcom Test Lab sites Dexcom Ireland. You will prepare and present data, results, and conclusions to technical staff and management. In addition, you will Participate in continuous improvement activities to develop, validate, execute, execute, and improve test methods and optimize test strategy. You will serve as a subject matter expert on testing activities for sustaining efforts, providing guidance and recommendations on appropriate tests for design changes or manufacturing efforts. What makes you successful:Bachelor's degree in one of the STEM majors is required. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently. Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on optimizing test methods and processes. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Experience with Measurement System Analysis (MSA) statistical techniques and Design of Experiments (DOE), including Gauge R&R, t-test, ANOVA, and Capability Analysis. Knowledge of at least one scripting or high-level programming language (e.g., Python, MATLAB, C, VBA). Experience with the use of common instrument tools such as temperature probes, load cells, and microscopes. Familiarity with CAD drafting tools (e.g., SolidWorks). Knowledge of validation principles and practices (e.g., IQ/OQ/PQ). Experience and Education Requirements: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 8-12 years related experience or Master’s degree and 5-7 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 2-4 years of experience.What you’ll get: A front row seat to life changing CGM technology.
