Want to work for a progressive Multinational based in Limerick? Our client is an established Multinational based in Limerick and is currently looking to hire an Experienced Department Administrator to work full time.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for some of the following duties:
1. Take responsibility for procuring office supplies / IT Equipment.
2. Schedule and manage meeting rooms, conference calls, and video meetings.
3. Create presentations and agendas for meetings as requested.
4. Record meeting minutes when necessary and distribute them accordingly.
5. Coordinate catering and procure stationery for meetings.
6. Assist in planning both routine and spontaneous office events.
7. Engage in miscellaneous project work and administrative tasks as required.
8. Check deliveries as they arrive.
9. Check delivery dockets against purchase orders issued.
10. Help maintain Site Access System.
11. Set up contractors on the system and update the system.
12. Provide comprehensive administrative support to various teams.
13. Assist with Time and Attendance Records & Holiday Balances.
14. Reconcile Expenses.
Skills / Experience:
1. Prior experience in a Senior Administrator / Executive PA / Department Admin role is essential.
2. Experience in a multinational environment would be an added advantage.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. A flexible approach to work and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
