We are looking for a proactive Administration Assistant to support our Board of Directors and Company Secretary team. This is a hybrid role in our Dublin office reporting into our Deputy Company Secretary.

Work that matters - What you’ll be doing
* Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Board and Company Secretary team.
* Meeting Coordination: Prepare for meetings, including printing, room setup, and catering arrangements.
* Expense Tracking: Monitor team expenses to ensure they align with budgets.
* Governance Documentation: Assist with regulatory filings and governance documentation.
* Stakeholder Liaison: Partner with senior stakeholders and external partners.
* Travel Management: Organize travel arrangements, manage the travel tracker, and handle related expenses and correspondence.
* Record Maintenance: Update confidential records, handling sensitive information.
* Document Upload: Upload papers to our secure system (Diligent).
What you’ll need to bring to the role & Experian
* Organisational Skills: Operate whilst working at pace.
* Interpersonal Skills: Supported by an approachable style.
* Communication Skills: Manage relationships with senior members of the leadership team.
* Technical Proficiency: In a range of Microsoft packages.
* Location Flexibility: Work in the Dublin office 2-3 days per week, with occasional travel to London.
