Role Become a product expert and support new and existing customers on the C&E product Helping new customers completely unfamiliar with how customs work Assisting new customers with minor issues they experience Assisting in onboarding and setting up new accounts Respond to customer queries in a timely fashion Be prepared to work some occasional out of hours Required Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail Previous IT support experience Strong proficiency in IT applications and ability to learn new systems and processes and adapt knowledge as required.
Strong Microsoft skills Experience in Customs Systems: Familiarity with Irish and UK customs systems) and related processes Ability to work under direction but also on own initiative at times with minimal supervision and sometimes under pressure Knowledge of customs regulations, compliance, and documentation processes.
