Job Description
The Station Administration Officer will work across various functional areas within the station. Reporting to the Asset Manager, this role requires autonomy, flexibility, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Stores management, security, and inventory control
* Storing & inventory re-ordering
* Arranging transportation domestically and internationally from site
* Forklift operations across the site (including out of hours)
* Tracking of offsite dispatched parts
* Goods receipting and consignment notes
* PPE & goods issue and controls of inventory
Additional Responsibilities:
* Preparation of material orders
* Manage contractor induction and recording system
* Provision of technical services to the Engineering Services Team
* Maintaining tidy and clean work area
* Any other duties as assigned by your line manager
Requirements
* High competence in clerical and record keeping
* 3-5 years relevant experience and competence
* High level of attention to detail
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* High competence in MS Office, Excel etc.
* Full clean driving licence
Desirable Qualifications
* Knowledge of SAP
* Knowledge of Stores management
* Fork Lift and pallet handler for delivery unloading
* Experience in a engineering, construction, or industrial environment
* Knowledge of Safe Systems of work
