Long-term Contract Assignment
ENG Bauen is excited to offer an opportunity for a Construction Manager to join a large pharmaceutical company executing a multimillion-euro program in Ireland. After an increase in demand for their services, our client is launching a global portfolio of CAPEX projects to future-proof their capabilities and ensure the success of their future growth plans across the globe.
In this role, you will act as a critical hub within the project management group and play a crucial role in managing construction activities for a modification and expansion of an existing facility, ensuring the delivery of essential medical and healthcare solutions. You will find yourself as part of a world-class project management organization and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction professionals, to drive the successful execution of the project. Your responsibilities will include overseeing schedules, budgets, and resources while maintaining strict compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
As a key contributor, you will also identify and mitigate risks, resolve challenges, and facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within scope. This role offers a dynamic environment where your expertise will directly impact the delivery of innovative solutions that enhance global healthcare.
The Ideal Candidate should be/have:
* 10+ years of experience in construction management.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Specialist knowledge on construction methodologies and pre-construction engineering support.
* Experience managing high-level/executive stakeholders.
* Previous experience managing multi-million CAPEX projects from "cradle-to-grave".
* Flexibility to travel internationally when required.
* Familiar working in GMP and other highly regulated industries.
