We are looking for a dynamic and ambitiousJuniorSales Executiveto support the pricing and selling of our Grounds Maintenance and associated support services. This is more than just a sales job, it is a long-termcareer opportunitywith significant potential for progression.

This position is ideally for someone who has experience in working in landscape maintenance and is looking to step into a commercial role or someone who comes from a sales background and has a strong interest in horticulture.
Role Description
* Build Strong Client Relationships: Develop long-term partnerships with new and existing clients, ensuring repeat business and strong customer retention.
* Drive Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and managing a sales pipeline aligned with company growth targets.
* Lead Tendering & Pricing: Assist in the preparation of bids, proposals, and contract renewals, ensuring competitive and accurate pricing.
* Conduct Site Assessments: Attend client meetings and assess sites to fully understand the unique service requirements of each project.
* Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with our commercial, marketing, and operations teams to align and communicate business objectives and ensure smooth project handovers.
* Track Performance & Market Trends: Use our CRM system to monitor sales activity, report progress, and analyse industry trends.
* Represent SAP Landscapes: Engage in networking events, exhibitions, and marketing initiatives to strengthen our brand presence in the industry.
* Attend regular team meetings
Experience
* Industry Knowledge:Experience in thelandscaping or grounds maintenance sectoris a strong advantage. A passion for sustainability and biodiversity is even better!
* Sales Experience:Ideally a minimum of2 years in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within a related industry.
* Commercial Awareness:Ability to understand pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and the financial aspects of sales.
* Strong Communicator:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams.
* Self-motivated & Target-Driven:A results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Organisational & Time Management Skills:Able to manage multiple tenders, proposals, and sales processes effectively.

Requirements:
* A qualification inSales, Business, Horticultureor a related field is desirable but not essential.We valueexperience, drive and ambitionjust as much as formal education.
* Full clean driving licence.
* Eligible to work in Ireland
