Engineer/Technical Dublin Permanent PART 1 : Role Details Role Title Network Program Delivery Manager Department Network & In-Home Reports To Senior Operations Director Location Leinster PART 2: Role Purpose We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Project Manager to manage a FTTH infrastructural build utilising existing UG and OH networks. A key requirement for this role is working knowledge and experience of building telecommunication infrastructure networks with an understanding of the end-to-end process from design pack award, enabling & civils, cabling, splicing & testing of fibre to the home networks.

PART 3: Principal Responsibilities
11. Adhere to and maintain compliance with all Health and Safety procedures within your work. Ensuring you are responsible for yourself and/or team members who report into you
12. Direct and co-ordinate day to day activities of the project for a full network award area
13. To ensure that the multi-disciplined management team from construction to back office provide a high standard of quality work to our client ensuring that any operational shortfalls are escalated to the Regional Delivery Manager
14. Manage staff, prepare work schedules and assign specific duties while ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation, environmental and quality policies, procedures and company policies
15. Participate alongside the project management team in subcontractor management, inductions, completions and reviews
16. Deliver quality service to the client ensuring that performance standards & contractual KPI’s and SLA’s are met
17. Liaise with multiple external stakeholders which the project is dependent on, local authorities, eir, and client representatives
18. Ensure the project is delivering commercially for the business
19. Deploy and manage resources to fulfil the requirements of the agreed program of work
20. To ensure effective communication within the project team
21. To ensure the performance standards of project staff by holding regular reviews and reporting back to the Project Leader and agreeing personal action plans as appropriate
22. Carry out and participate in regular audits of staff performance and quality of work to ensure the highest standard of service and workmanship is being achieved
23. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on project performance, timelines, issues and risks
PART 4: Person Specification Experience
24. Previous project management experience in similar industry
25. Proven track record of experience within the telecoms industry in a fast-paced volume driven environment.
26. Experience in the development detailed program of works.
27. Preferable a level of QS experience

28. Ability to contribute technical knowledge to proposals and reports
29. Excellent literacy, numeric and IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft
Office, MS Teams and ArcGis system.
