We are seeking an Administration Support Specialist to assist our Contracts and Engineering teams. This role offers a dynamic opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide essential administration support to the Contracts and Engineering teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
* Communicate with clients to take requests, answer inquiries, and provide quotes via email.
* Collect purchase orders (POs) and document any changes for invoicing purposes.
* Assist with the preparation and management of client project proposals.
* Update and upload required documents for ongoing and upcoming projects.
* Ensure Health & Safety (H&S) documents are accurately stored, up to date, and easily accessible.
* Build necessary documents and files for new projects.
* Liaise with clients to provide project updates and follow up with engineering and contracts teams for any necessary updates.
* Manage phone and email communications, handling inquiries and requests efficiently.
