Office Accounts Admin
We are working with a successful plant and machinery hire company based outside Newtownbutler to recruit for their new Office accounts administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage sales and purchase ledger, ensuring accurate financial records.
* Perform bank reconciliations to maintain up-to-date financial information.
* Administer payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries and concerns in a professional manner.
* Liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve issues and facilitate communication.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in accounting software, specifically SAGE.
* Excellent administrative skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with the team and stakeholders.
