Business Support Manager
This is a cross-functional support role that requires an experienced administrator to work across departments and play an integral part in the efficient and effective running of commercial finance operations.
Responsibilities:
* Set up all customer account information on the SAP system.
* Collaborate with Area Managers to ensure accuracy and timely accruals.
* Ensure all orders are fully approved prior to stock shipments.
* Provide details to the Financial Controller for approval.
* Track accruals and manage debit notes from customers.
* Conduct meetings with the Finance and Commercial Team to review and align business goals.
* Develop and manage the Pricing and Quantity tracker.
* Support management with communication and coordination with logistics partners.
* Engage in business improvement initiatives, including system upgrades and best practice implementations.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance.
* Proven experience in a finance or business support role.
* Strong knowledge of SAP and Advanced Excel.
* Excellent communication skills with clients and senior team members.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Experience with external stakeholders and pricing structures is advantageous.
