Key Responsibilities:
* Deploy and manage monitoring, alerting, and reporting tools to ensure seamless system performance.
* Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to automate deployments using Ansible, Terraform, and scripting languages, streamlining operations and reducing downtime.
* Support incident response, troubleshooting, and operational runbooks to minimize disruptions and optimize system efficiency.
Participate in an on-call rotation for critical incident management, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of high-pressure issues.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience in NOC, IT Support, or Observability engineering, with hands-on expertise in monitoring tools, scripting (Python, PowerShell, etc.), and automation (Ansible, Terraform).
* Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, SNMP, WMI), Linux/Windows environments, and virtualized infrastructure.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
